I found this IITTALA THULE 50 0Z PITCHER at my fav thrift store. I love glass pitchers. I think it has a lot to do with growing up having had only plastic ones. When I saw it I was intrigued by how it caught the light. Then I picked it up and felt how light and delicate it was, I was sold. I knew nothing of the brand or the design, but I have been told I developed "the eye for quality." I will now accept the compliment and give myself credit for having gained knowledge of well made items, countless hours reading and attending the auction has paid off. The pitcher I paid $2 for and it sold for $76 shipping not included. A great flip for me.

Flip Of the Week: Scandinavian Glass Pitcher
I had had this pitcher for a while, listed on etsy on the high side because I knew it was a sure sell. It is quite beautiful, yet alas I have little kids. So as much as my heart wanted to keep this piece, the practical me said, "NO!"

So fast your head will spin!
On a whim I went to my favorite thrift yesterday. I don't usually leave the house on Thursdays but really needed a mental break from researching, cleaning, sorting, packing, photographing, listing. You get the idea how time consuming this monster of a business can be. Off to relax I went by doing what? that's right... securing more merchandise. Wow, I must be a glutton for punishment.
I found this incredibly cool looking puzzle there,Crazy Maze by TOMY. This baby is a monstrous maze of the 2D Ball kind, the thing is scary hard. I found it mint in the box and its from the 80's! THE 80's! I love the 80's. That time period is my passion and my obsession. OK back to the puzzle, I listed it as soon as I got home and I woke up this morning and it had already sold! Now that's smoking hot, folks.
