Care Bears, do you care a lot?

I found this guy, Cheer Care Bear13"  at a local yard sale.
Mint in the box is always a thrill, right?
He is perfect and as the name  implies he is full of cheer.
At least for me he is,  I bought him for $2 and  the auction closed at $31

Grab them bears!
